    To my enthusiastic but untrained eye, the architecture of that building looks a lot like a brewery. There’s a few older brewery buildings here in Chicago that look a lot like that.

      Pete, good eyes! This was the Rochester Brewing Company in the late 1800s until the very early 1900s when it was purchased by the Bartholomay Brewing Company.
