    New York Dock Co was created out of Brooklyn Wharf and Warehouse which went bankrupt. It was created in 1901 and David H. King, Jr. was the Chairman of the Board. (He is credited with erecting the Statue of Liberty , Stanford White’s Madison Square garden, The Washington Arch , The Metropolitan Club and many other historic sites. He so remained until 1909. It was said to have capital of 17M.
    Its records are reported to be at Columbia University.
