World AIDS Day - Red Ribbon Ceremony - P.S. 119 Flatlands, Brooklyn

We had a ribbon ceremony yesterday in honour of World AIDS Day. Children wrote messages of hope or someone’s name who had died from AIDS on a red ribbon and tied it onto the backyard fence with their classes. My dear friend Rick Baty from Columbia SC is remembered.
