    Good to see that people are still interested in this old but extremely sturdy building. As of Sept – Oct 2009, major construction to bring the building up to fire-code standards is underway. Also, Comcast has just wired the building for high-speed Internet, and this makes the place more attractive to Internet-based businesses.

    We are a family-owned moving company based in this grand old building. We are at 234 16th Street, 3rd floor, which is on the 16th Street side. If you pull up this address in Google Earth, you can see all around this building, including the remains of the railroad structure that made the Lackawanna Warehouse the hub of several major rail lines.
