This building is on Broadway walking away from the Williamsburg Bridge. Not quite sure if it is still decorated this way. This was one of the stops on our walking tour in early 2001.

What an amazing ad. I can’t remember ever seeing one with so many words, and all of them very legible. It’s also curious to see an old factory’s first floor converted to commercial space in what was (in 1998, at least) obviously a non-gentrified, non-yuppified area. Such commercial spaces are pretty common here in Chicago in the gentrified neighborhoods, but I’m surprised to see this in a working-class area.
I need to check if it is still the same. Haven’t been past it in a while.
