Snyder - Tilden Synagogue-
Some English and Hebrew letters have fallen off the wall but the synagogue is B'nai Abraham. Despite the graffiti and shabbiness, the building is being used as a day care center-preschool for Orthodox Jewish children. I spoke with a teacher who cheerfully told me that Lubavitch Jews from Crown Heights didn't want this synagogue to stop being a Jewish building.
